Please read carefully before you Book Your Vacation!!!

1. GENERAL: Czech Vacations, Tatra Travel Bureau, Inc. (we, us, our)

In order to provide best possible service, our quality specialists carefully selected the most reliable and professional Hotels, Tour & Transportation companies and other suppliers for your comfort and safety. Our agents are trained to provide highest customer service and our products are built to fit to your expectations based on our professionalism, experience and customer evaluation and survey. We put all our effort to make your vacation safe and as enjoyable as possible, but there are still some limitations we want you to know about. In order to inform you about all the specifications we would like to ask you to read carefully all terms & conditions outlined in this brochure. By making the reservation with us you agree and understand to all the terms & conditions. If you have any question please ask our agent before you make any bookings.

2. RESERVATIONS, PAYMENTS, TAXES, FEES & TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:

Reservations are taken on first come, first serve basis. A deposit of $250 per person is payable no later than 7 days after confirmation. Reservations are held for 7 days subject to receipt of deposits and automatically cancelled if deposit is not received. Full payment is due 45 days prior to departure. Applicable taxes (approximately $350 per person) are not included, will be estimated at the time of reservation and charged extra at the time your airline ticket will be issued. All documents including airline tickets will be sent to you 14 days before departure. Travel must be completed within specified dates. All prices are in US dollars. For your convenience we accept VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards. All clients are required by US Government to advice Tatra Travel Bureau, Inc. about all important information such as phone #, address in destination and other facts which may effect enjoyment or may result in cancellation or interruption of their trip or purchased services at the time of the booking. U.S. passport holders are not required to have a visa for most of the destinations offered in this brochure. For non U.S. citizens visa or other travel documents may be required. A minimum of 6 months validity of your passport beyond the trip dates is required. It is a client?s responsibility to obtain all necessary documents before making the reservation and we shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays of any nature or kind whatsoever, to you or your traveling companions or group members resulting from the situations where visa or other required documents were not granted.

3. CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES AND REFUNDS:

All cancellations and claims must be submitted in writing and must be signed by person who made an original reservation. Cancellations are only effective from the day they are actually received by us. All original supplemental documents such as hospital documents, death certificates which may by required if refund requested, must be submitted together with your statement ? written explanation of all the details and facts related to your case. If you cancel your tour, cancellation fees and penalties will be deducted from your refund. All purchased services are 100% nonrefundable after departure. Some services such as special events tickets are nonrefundable immediately after purchase.

Cancellation fees: More than 30 days prior to original departure - $100 per person, 30?11 days prior to original departure - 50% of the package price, 10 days or less prior to original departure ? no refund. Air tickets are nonrefundable once issued. Changes: $25 per person will be charged for each and any change of confirmed reservation made prior to ticketing (45 days prior to departure) plus applicable fare increase. Changes of ticketed reservations are restricted, subject to availability and penalties may apply. Fees for reissuing will apply if travel documents were lost or damaged in the regular mail. To protect your documents please ask our reservation department to send your documents with tracking option delivery service so your package can be located during the shipment.

4. EXCHANGE RATES:

All published fares & prices are based on exchange rate at the time of publication and are subject to change at any time without further notice.

5. SUBSTITUTION OF SERVICES:

We reserve the right to cancel a tour or modify the travel service you have purchased by substituting services, varying the itinerary, or otherwise. In all cases you will receive a comparable or superior product. In the event of a cancellation, our liability will be limited to the purchase price of the travel service only and we shall not be liable for any claims, demands, losses and damages of any nature or kind whatsoever you may have by reason of our modification to, or cancellation of the travel service. Furthermore, suppliers may have the right to substitute other suppliers in their place with or without notice to us or to you. We do not assume responsibility for any claims whatsoever resulting from such substitution.

6. LIABILITY AND LIMITATIONS:

We shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays or loss of employment, of any nature or kind whatsoever, to you or your travelling companions or group members resulting from the acts, omissions or negligence of anyone other than us or our employees acting properly on our behalf or resulting events from events beyond our or a supplier?s reasonable control including, but not limited to, acts of God, strikes, lockouts or other labor disputes or disruptions, wars, blockades, insurrections, riots, earthquakes, weather conditions, floods or acts or restraints imposed by government authorities. Supplier?s liability may also be limited by law, tariffs or conditions on tickets and in particular you should read and understand the limitations of liability set forth on the airline ticket. We strongly recommend that you consider the various types of insurance coverage.

7. OTHER ACTIVITIES NOT OUTLINED IN THIS BROCHURE:

While on your vacation you may have occasion or wish to participate in activities available at the destination. The purpose of this disclaimer is to notify you that such activities are not included in the vacation package you have purchased from us. We shall not be responsible for the quality, safety or any other representation made by the operator or host of any such activity. Contract, whether oral or written, for all such activities shall be deemed to be made between you and such operator or host and shall be undertaken strictly at your own risk of loss, damage or injury. Further, we shall not be responsible in any manner for any claims, damages, expenses, losses, or law suits that may arise as a result of participation in any activity not namely/specially/specifically contracted for by Tatra Travel, Bureau, Inc. on your behalf. To protect yourself against any such damage, loss or injury you may wish to purchase additional travel or other insurance which may be available through us, your travel agent or other independent contractor.

8. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:

We have made every attempt to describe the travel service in this brochure as accurately as possible. You should be aware that each country has particular features which may not appeal to you including weather, food, local customs, etc. There may be different living standards, practices and conditions with respect to the provision of utilities, services and accommodation in the country, or countries of your destination. Such standards may or may not be comparable to those you would expect from similar establishment in the United States. If we are advised of any significant change / situation / circumstances which may affect your enjoyment of the package, we will do our best to inform you in advance. By purchasing the particular travel service you have selected, we assume that you have made all reasonable inquires about the travel service. All destinations may be affected by acts of God, strikes, lockouts or other labor disputes or disruptions, wars, blockades, insurrections, riots, earthquakes, weather conditions, floods or acts or restraints imposed by government authorities. In out of ordinary situations in destination you travel to, governmental or airline official written statement must be released in order to allow us to act under the different terms & conditions than outlined in this brochure.

9. RIGHT TO REFUSE:

We reserve the right, upon reasonable grounds, to refuse any passenger any part of the travel services.

10. GOVERNMENT APPROVAL:

Travel services may be subject to approval by various government agencies and are subject to various government regulations.

11. COPYRIGHTS & TRADEMARKS

Copy rights of all information, pictures, wording, texts, illustrations, colors, graphic design, creative, fonts, layouts, logos, branding, product lines, specifications and all other parts of this brochure belongs to Tatra Travel Bureau, Inc., also known as / doing business as Czech Vacations. Many of the logos and other parts of this brochure are TRADE MARK to US COMPANIES. It is illegal to use, copy or modify any above mentioned trade marks or copy rights with out written authorization of Tatra Travel Bureau, Inc.
